Every piece we sell is vintage or antique, and most are one of a kind. We pack each order by hand with care, and this policy explains how and when your purchase will reach you.
Orders ship within 2–5 business days of payment, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Because many items are fragile or unusually shaped, some orders may need extra time to pack safely. If your order will take longer, we'll contact you by email.
We currently ship within the United States. International orders are welcome; however, please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item's size, weight, and destination. For large/heavy items, please contact us regarding shipping cost before finalizing your order to ensure that the correct shipping cost is reflected on the checkout page.
We ship via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Bargeboard is not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit.
Furniture, architectural salvage, and other oversized pieces are marked "Local Pickup Only" in their listings and are not eligible for shipping. These items may be collected from our shop at 530 Powder St., New Orleans, LA 70114 during business hours. Please pick up within 14 days of purchase; we'll gladly help load, but please bring an appropriate vehicle and any help you'll need.
Local pickup is also available for any order. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your item is ready.

Once the claim is approved, we'll issue a refund or offer a suitable resolution. Because our items are unique, we are usually unable to send a replacement. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us and we'll help open a claim with the carrier.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's expense.
As vintage and antique goods, our items show age-appropriate wear, which we describe and photograph as accurately as possible in each listing. Normal signs of age are not considered shipping damage.
