Mike is the only residential agent in the 101-year history of Latter & Blum to reach TOP 10 highest producing agents status within the company during their first year in real estate. Accordingly, he was awarded Latter & Blums’ Rookie of the Year award for 2016, as well as a place among the Top of the Latter (top 30 within the company) and was an Elite Award winner, the top sales award recognized by Latter & Blum.

Verderosa is an active resident of Algiers Point, where he served as the vice president of operations for the Algiers Point Association for both 2015 and 2016, and in 2015, sat on the advisory board for the Old Algiers Main Street Corporation, as well as the board of Confetti Kids, an Algiers Point neighborhood group focused on developing parks and playgrounds.

Mike holds a Master’s in Preservation Studies from Tulane University, where he earned the first known 4.0 in the history of the program. As an undergrad, he studied Architecture at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and matriculated with a B.A. in Urban and Regional Planning from the University at Albany.
